The average waiting time for a place in psychotherapy in Germany is 22 weeks. We think this is too long! elona explore was therefore developed by experienced psychotherapists and experts from science and research to give you flexible access to effective psychotherapeutic content and techniques.
Get started on your mental health journey! elona explore gives you access to a wide variety of content that you can use from your smartphone at any time. You decide what is personally relevant to you. For example, choose from therapeutic interventions on the subject of stress, get to know your personal values, work on your self-esteem or improve your sleep quality.
With each new topic, you actively deal with your mental health and enable yourself to make progress. The content made available to you is based on scientifically sound and current therapy methods of cognitive behavioral therapy.

elona explore is a digital health application that provides patients with mental illnesses (depression, anxiety/panic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, adjustment disorders and somatoform disorders) with interventions, techniques, helpful activities, exercises and psychoeducational resources. The content is based on current and evidence-based therapy methods of psychotherapy, especially, but not exclusively, cognitive behavioral therapy. The application is intended for independent use by the patient and is suitable for supporting the management and dealing with the underlying mental illness. elona explore is not intended to provide information for diagnostic or therapeutic decisions.
