The absolute most basic feature of a mental health tracking app, wellness check-ins, is paywalled behind a 19$/mo subscription, so you literally can't even complete the very first day of your first-week onboarding unless you pay up. Seriously??? It's super obvious that this is meant to prey on desperate crypto bros who will pay the monthly fee to try to profit off the coin that this app awards. This isn't a real app, don't waste your time. 2 stars only because I respect the grift.

I recently downloaded the Galvan Health AI Wellness App and I'm so glad I did. The app is incredibly user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with my Garmin smart watch, making it easy for me to track my daily activity and monitor my progress towards my fitness goals. The app's AI technology provides personalized insights and recommendations based on my data, which has been incredibly helpful in keeping me motivated and on track.

App is user friendly. I particularly like the AI capability of analyzing voice metrics to determine mood, stess, and energy levels. Great start for a new app. The annual price is a great discount from the monthly rate. I really like that!!
