I LOVE this app! It has been a godsend for tracking symptoms, medication, adding journal entries to help explain certain symptoms some days. I previously reported a technical problem I'd encountered via the support option in app and here. I am extremely happy to report that it was not only investigated, but I was also kept in the loop during the process! Support met me with empathy and understanding first, then tackled the technical side of it, even updating me about the cause! 5 stars!

It's a great app if you're trying to track symptoms, but there are limitations that don't really work for me. The medication tracking feels like an after-thought. Reminders don't show up until you open the app. You can't track symptoms in real-time. You get one chance to remember your symptoms through the day and record them. Need to add something? You'll have to redo your entire record for the day. Currently I can't log in. As soon as I can, I'm deleting my account and the app.

virtually impossible to delete your data. There is a button for it in the app, but when you click, it opens a box listing an email address that you can't copy and paste or click to send an email to. Went to your website faq section to get the email address there, and it bounced back as a bad email address. Very shady practices. Did not like the feel of the app or the data control issues. It is a fantastic idea and could work, but I don't trust this after the issues I found.
