Initially good, but trying to set up again after a hard restore of my phone.. TERRIBLE! They've been sitting with my personal details and photos of my drivers licence for a MONTH. Nothing. The customer support has ignored my emails too. What are they doing with my info I wonder? To stop the world and let me off is easier.. I don't need an appointment for that! Good if you are lucky enough to have it work for you. Hope you are lucky.

Had issues with the app which meant my appt was missed. They called me up and fixed the issue, happy days. Had to rebook appt though, entered in all the info again, then once you've put it all in it tells you right at the end there's no appts available. Why can't I book it in advance? And why wait til I've put all the info in to tell me there's none available, I've tried like 3 times now, very frustrating.

Set up not clear... went to add child and have ended up with her as the named account. Support only available Mon -Friday, which doesn't mirror the point of the app being 24/7. Can't change any details in the app, need to wait till Monday to sort out. I think it will be good once set up correctly, but really need to get registration clearer.
