Livi lets you see a GP by video – any day of the week.

Get a GP appointment the same day, or book up to 3 days ahead at a time that works for you. Appointments include prescriptions, referrals and sick notes if you need – all without going to the doctor’s surgery.

You’ll then see if you’re eligible for our free NHS GP service and if not, anyone living in the UK can book a pay-as-you-go appointment.

Book an online GP appointment for a time that suits you. The clinician will video call you to start your appointment.

Ratings and reviews

Had issues with the app which meant my appt was missed. They called me up and fixed the issue, happy days. Had to rebook appt though, entered in all the info again, then once you've put it all in it tells you right at the end there's no appts available. Why can't I book it in advance? And why wait til I've put all the info in to tell me there's none available, I've tried like 3 times now, very frustrating.

This is a great service, often much easier to get an appointment here than with my GP and I can get simple things sorted out that don't require an in person consultation.

I had an appointment booked in and it wasn’t made clear that they needed every permission active on my device (notnjust camera and microphone) When the doctor called I tried accepting all permissions but it kept flipping back to the call screen. Since I couldn't answer in time I received a message stating that my appointment was cancelled. There was no option for me to respond explaining my difficulty either. Hugely disappointing!
