Recommend not to use this. I've tried to book an appointment and I had to wait 1 hour and a half for the appointment to start. The app kept notifying me apologising for the wait, not telling me what the error was. It then automatically cancelled my whole appointment saying my details do not match with their information. This is frustrating as I put all the correct information in and started the call in the appropriate time. What a waste of time and I don't know what the point of the app was.

I tried to get an appointment with my local doctor only to be advised that I needs to use this app. When I finally found a free slot, my appointment has now been moved 3 times by the people I was due to see, one of which was done 2 minutes before the appointment. What's the point of having this system if the doctors can't be bothered keeping their own appointments? Trash

Booked & paid for an appointment. As the time approached, I got rescheduled to 2 hrs 45 mins later. OK. At the new appointment time, I logged in and waited. App showed a delay, so I kept waiting. After waiting an hour, the appointment just disappeared. So I never got my appointment and they took my money! Tried to call Support and gave up after waiting on the phone forever. I've submitted a Help request online, but now I'm going to have to fight with them for a refund. Absolute RUBBISH!
