Roo health allows you to create any workout imaginable and gives you a custom workout tracker to use in return

You can create workouts with:

Custom rest times in between sets.

Multiple unique workouts as a part of the workout plan.

Weight based exercises with customizable weights per rep amount.

Time based exercises with multiple sets, starting time and time capping.

Rep based exercises with multiple sets, starting reps and rep capping.

The ability to increase weight, time or reps based on amount or percentage
after any number of successful workouts.

Example:
planks for 60 seconds. After 7 successful workouts increase by 5 seconds up to the cap of 120 seconds.

Roo provides you with a simple workout view of your workout to use while.
Regardless of how complex your workout logic is Roo keeps you on track.
