Badly designed and unclear. Designed like an early 2000s corporate web portal. Especially awful since my medical insurance customer service's only answer to anything is to go on this app.

It's not showing my insurance cards. Can't see them, can't download them. The most important thing I need I can't access. Send me hard copies cuz this is B.S.

The app doesn't allow me to register as individual despite the instruction which claims that it is possible. I provided the required credentials but not allowed.
