I think all the images are from a data pool that they scraped or got from somewhere, not common social media platforms (because it violates the rules), that's why all the results are most look-alike, but not the person that you're looking for.

OK so I tried about 5 or 6 different search by image apps and found all of them to basically be an app that would load the image into Bing Google and yandex and each one sucked at even doing that. This one only has its own search for the image but it found the person on 3different site when Google couldn't find the image at all. And it was only a partial image. Downside the app only let's you use it about 6 times each day
