HSBC HK Mobile Banking app is a relatively easy to use Banking app. Clear UI, I especially like the budget feature which visually with a round chart shows how you spent your money over the past month (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, purchases).

Stupid app after update that force users to only choose one device to install instead of letting users to use across multiple device it owns🙄 What's the point for the app to exist if every time we have to use the web version, if it even works on mobile. Anyway, so far the previous version of the app is the best UI/UX banking app compared to other banks. Nice looking and good use of “red and blank white + “Cathay”green) theme. I love the fact that our resembles some elements to Cathay Pacific...

Poor experience. i can't use the app anymore because this poor app unable to update the email address because of the app cannot recognize the identity card well. It requires to scan the identity card to update an email address even your device is verified. What a shame.
