Every single time they update the app, my fingerprint fails to work so I have to use the mobile security password, but I never remember it as it's one of those weird ones with special rules which don't match usual passwords (or it doesn't not include caps or special characters or something). So I end up having to call and go through the entire procedure again. And if I don't manually, the system recognises a password I used maybe 2-3 years ago. This is poor. Should I write down the password?

App is getting slower and slower with each upgrade, and recent upgrade is very unstable. It keeps crashing by itself just after login so I am unable to get any transaction done on the app. The instability worries me, and I am moving money out to other banks to ensure I'm not stuck when I need to use money and the app is not working.

more and more slow after each update, each update size is almost 80mb, whats wrong guys. Keep it simple and user friendly. Its highly disapponting, app does not work without update and lots of issues while updating the app. Stop doing this please again and again. Sometime an urgent transaction get stuck which is a big service issue.
