A dedicated HSBC mobile app which enables HSBC Hong Kong* customers to view an array of fabulous credit card and banking offers at a glance, and manage rewards and credit card transactions anytime anywhere. With the app, you can enjoy:
(1) "Offer" - Manage your offers and maximise rewards;
(2) "Use RC" - Use RewardCash as you like, from redeeming vouchers and converting to miles to turning them into merchant partner loyalty points and more;
(3) "Account" - Check your card transactions and RewardCash history; repay your credit card bills with instalments

Ratings and reviews

The navigation experience is bad. They have ports different marketing names under different things but it's very annoying because I cannot tell the difference between them, why not using functional names so that user can easily find out what they need. also their offers are mediocre. it's very annoying that they need customers to download different apps for different HSBC service. it waste my phone memory

I wanted to use my rewards of $40 to deduct my credit card payment, but was forced to use this app to redeem the rewards. It was unacceptable and I am thinking to cancel the credit card after this payment. BTW, the internet banking is extremely user-unfriendly.
