Not working properly after the update. Can't sent money, can't top up account, tried two credit cards still won't work. Disappointed.
My account balance was deducted twice for the same transaction, while the recipient only receive one payment. Sent email to HSBC but so far no response. 食一餐飯，戶口比人扣兩次錢，但我朋友只係收到一次錢，係咩玩法？Send咗email但冇人覆
I keep getting an error like "Uh oh! Something went wrong." Trying to press Forgot PIN, trying to log in, even trying to load the app. It shows the loading animation for a long time then pops up the error. Randomly logs me out. Doesn't allow for fingerprint ID on Android. The only good thing I can say is that when it is working it's very useful. Wish they'd put more effort into their Android app as my iphone friends don't seem to have as many problems.
It's the second time it get my credit card and I'd then keep infinite loading when I try to pay.i doubt it is phishing app now, will try to report to Google for about it
why after upgrade can't pay to new friends. HELP also doesn't help, it said home and send money, but there are no such options now, only got pay and request but in pay options, can't send to new friends,how come?
Overall great experience while sending money to family and friends. Hope to have better coverage and less confusion between accounts, i.e. accounts registered with email vs registered with phone number
