Ratings and reviews

Both times I've used it, I've paid extra to have things brought up to my 4th floor apartment, and both times the drivers didn't seem to realise. It seems to be a miscommunication between the app and the drivers, the second time I used it the driver only helped with a few items. Frustrating, because I payed literally double the amount for no real reason. It is definitely a very cheap and convenient app, so I'd still recommend it, just don't pay for the extras, extras seem a little scammy.

Good day, Please fix issues with the app regarding double bookings I use one phone and a stable internet connection while booking a lalamove pick up and drop off. after confirming with a rider, there is 2nd rider who is contacting me. I checked the on going trips button at the app and it has a booking at same time. Hopefully You can fix this as it defeats the purpose of having convenient logistics booking app.

Aside from having to place my actual address in the additional fields because the popped up results don't display the address I place in, the delivery drivers deliver within the time frame. Only moments where they don't deliver on time is if traffic isn't accounted for or they aren't familiar with the area. Would be nice if they don't require exact payment with cash though. I just end up giving the rest of the bill as a tip which is a bit wasteful but appreciative for the drivers.
