Ratings and reviews

Impossible to track drivers who are on the way as driver location never changes, so I have no idea when they are arriving at all. Other than that, it's annoying to customers that we can't pay per job and have to top up wallet. Other than that, I have no issues and am happy with lala move!

Would've quickly been 5⭐ if not for the stupid tipping mechanism that basically almost made it mandatory. How stupid it is to enable riders to make tips as basis for accepting the order? It should always be optional & handed AFTER doing good service. Not BEFORE. If anything, Lala should be the one to compensate the drivers more. & they still don't have other modes of payment. They're stagnant & doesn't care about improving at all. The only bright side is the relatively cheaper pricing.

The more you need the service, the price increases. The search is slow as well. Will consider not using. Drivers are good but the app makes a lot of problems for a search. Searched once and it was 28 to 30. Search twice,became 35. Third time it raised to 50sgd for a single location.
