Not everything has to have an app and this is living proof. It's designed in such a way you can't even auto fill the login credentials with a password manager because it goes back from the login page the moment you navigate away from it. I'm not surprised how badly designed this is considering the wsd website has its login url nested under 3 sub menus as opposed to having a link on the main header. It shouldn't be this difficult just to pay a bill. The lazy copy and paste response, evident.

Feeling annoying， typed more than ten times username and pwd, cant login, it says incorrect username or password，what's wrong with your app? Im sure ive typed correct name and pwd since I copy from my password manager， sick of these worse app, come on wsd, it's 2023 now and u guys still can not hv a proper login System?? R u kidding us? Come on help us to save time, give us auto fill and login sys plz, they r very basis service, isn't it? // reply on 22 May, this is sad, WSD can't read English

If you have registered WSD Electronic Services Account but forget the password, you may refer to the below link to retrieve the Password: https://www.esd.wsd.gov.hk/esd/security/preLookUpPassword.do?pageFlag=1 The user ID and password will be sent to your email shortly.

This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I thought that Hong Kong was supposed to be efficient and easy to get things done. I have emailed constantly for taking up an account, but receive no response whatsoever. Even calling the "24 hour hotline" is of no use either. It's not 24 hours. All lines are busy all the time. Stop flossing your teeth in the mirror and popping your pimples and DO YOUR JOB.
