Straight to the point, summarized very well I find this app/guide easy to follow. I don't have to read 3 paragraphs of info to get to the key point I'm looking for. I love that it lists everything and covers all the aspects I'm interested in. What foods are rich with what? What is a specific vitamin or mineral good for? What are signs of deficiency and of what? Etc. I like to use this app sometimes when I'm planning supper so I can have a lot of different vitamins at once.

Good app. App is very informative. Would be nice if it can tell the amount of each vitamin required on a daily basis. Over all thus app is good. I like.

Would like to see more This app gives a lot of content, but I would like to see an option to type in the food item and see what the vitamins and minerals are offered from that food
Would like to see more minerals, especially descriptions of alot of the Supplements that are in Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc... Just would love more information! Good app, just limited in my opinion.
