Easy to operate and good breakdown of figures. I use it frequently to get an estimate for my investments. Cannot be asking me to write an essay. Dont have the words or time . If you need feedback, keep it simple.

I love this app to figure out the interest amount and plan to pay off mortgage. If I could add tax and insurance(escrow) in the calculation, that makes better app:)
