Only been using it for a few weeks, but I already opted for the membership. It's been a huge help keeping me on schedule, and I love that I can download/add workouts to fit my needs. Also, if there's an exercise you're not familiar with, it provides video and instructions to help you. It's like having a virtual personal trainer, which is exactly what I was looking for. If something in the scheduled workout is too difficult (or easy) you can swap it out. Fully customizable. 5 stars!

Completely custom workouts, if too hard can make it easier bit by bit, same if it's too easy. Love the app, you sometimes get ads when opening the app and surely will get one once you finish your workout, extremely versatile and the only downside is that you need to watch ads to unlock workouts that aren't given to you by the app, there is still tons of ad-free workouts but there is some where you need to watch ads so yeah. The app wins a 5/5 for me, hopefully this was helpful to you. -Alonso F

I think this is a great app. I just finished a 28-day "full body challenge" (available on the free tier) and I appreciate how it gives you a variety of exercises every day. My only complaint is that every 3 or 4 days it gives you a workout that is all pushups, and as you ramp up it will often throw in "decline" pushups near the end of the workout. I can't do that after doing 8 sets of pushups, I'll fall on my face! Fortunately it lets you reorder and replace exercises before the workout starts.
