Been using this app for just shy of 1 month now, been following the full body workout each day and I do feel healthier and that it is having an impact, but still work to be done. I like how the exercises vary each week, and that the difficulty can be adjusted prior or following a workout. Will be interesting to see if, following the 4 week full body challenge, if I go back on to it, if it keeps my progress, or resets the difficulty. Will find out in a couple of days. For free, fantastic.

3 weeks into the custom made routine and I'm loving it! Not only do the results make me happy, but the exercise too. Seeing as I have a very fast metabolism, 2 kilograms of weight gained since I started is no small feat (I'm pretty sure most of it is muscle :D). The app is well made, with lots of different workouts and challenges available - all accessible without the need of buying premium. Very simple and straightforward, it's easy to use and the few ads that there are do not get in the way.

Started using this app a few days ago and I already made progress and I feel much better. The fact that the couse I choose(full body workout) changes the exercise everyday is great and that there are additional options like abs training which I find cool aswell. I also love the fact that u can adjust the workout at the end of it incase it was to hard or easy for you. Overall, there aren't any downsides I have encountered and probably one of the best home workout apps there is.
