The exercises mentioned on this app are really effective and you don't need any equipments for it. I have been doing their mentioned routine for a week now and I can really see the difference, by doing it on my bed and the floor. You can stay fit without getting out of the comfort of your bedroom 😀. It's fun, engaging, easy to follow, customizable, and you also get to know correct way and posture that you need to maintain during your exercise. Overall a very good app, 10/10 would recommend 🥰

The app is amazing! It asks you your hight and weight. It makes you the perfect program for your body. It asks if it was just right, easy, too easy, hard, or too hard and it will make a new program for you. And it's free and very little adds. It let's you take a 25 second break per exercise. It also asks you what muscle zone you want to work on! Amazing app, i would defiantly recommend getting it

Someone who has stopped working out due to "life" coming back to this app, I can say it does an AMAZING job helping beginners. Step by step workouts that explain what/why/how to do them. My ONLY nitpick is that when you choose a program it asks "beginner intermediate advanced" with a trivial amount of suggested pushups you 'should' be able to do. I would suggest ignoring the suggested amount and choose your difficulty base it off if what you believe. Looking forward to trying advanced some day
