After using the app for more than 2 weeks I've seen perfect results as for the arms and chest it really helped me grow muscle and get fit, and now I'm staying very healthy. This also helps you get back into working out as well as feeling more better physically and testostorone building back up too if its something that your body lacks producing more. If you want to get into or back to working out and dont know where to start, I HIGHLY recommend this app. Beginner friendly and easy to navigate.

Amazing, beginner friendly app. If you're a beginner, stick to the "full body 4x7 challenge", it'll build your fundamental strength for calisthenics. You don't need the premium, most the features are free. And the ads are well placed, so it isn't annoying. I haven't had an ad force me to the app store, either. So I hardly notice it. It's nice to use the app because I don't have to make up a routine. It also has a few features like voice coaching, that you can turn off. Anyway, amazing app
