This is my first exercise app and I have to say it is everything I hoped for as a beginner. The schedules are thorough, with instructions and even videos to help you out. After a week of using it, I now wake up every morning and actually look forward to exercising.
Let me just start off by saying that I am a very fat guy. I've been trying to lose weight for a while now and after just 2 days of using this app I already see small results. The workouts are merciless even for beginners but that isn't a bad thing. I definitely recommend this.

Good to get you off your couch and back to working out. Had fallen off the wagon for a bit due to injury. Trying to get back into shape and this is excellent so far. No equipment required.
