After 3 years of insisting, persisting and never giving up in all its field of legal action, on December 15, 2016, the resolution of concession of trademark was granted by the National Institute of industrial property INAPI -CHILE.
In February 2018, the brand reappeared with a new, more solid and competitive presentation in the Chilean Pharmaceutical market with five Franchisees in Santiago de Chile, Metropolitan Region. The San Diego 1399 branch being the first
