We get rentals about 6x/yr & I've been using this app regularly for approx 5+ yrs. Overall, I'm very happy with it. No matter how I compare rates, I always find rates cheaper here, than the private club rates. I've had no problems with reservations & find the ability to make & cancel reservations on the fly, w/o credit cards, very convenient!! A few suggestions: 1) It'd be useful, to be able to search for a new competitive rate, w/o losing my original reservation. If a better rate's found, then I could keep the new reservation & cancel the old. Once, rates were fluctuating significantly. I canceled my original reservation, but during the half hr I was searching, both the better rate & my original rate disappeared, & I ended up $300 more than my original reservation. Now, I use different phones/accts to do competitive searches. 2) Usually, I only see my last reservation, & often many are missing. I wish the app did better tracking of consumers, as opposed to agencies, & displayed all the past rentals & destinations. Certain trips I enjoyed better with different cars, but I don't always recall the make & model. 3) I don't understand why the rates differ, depending on the city of orgin, but it's frustrating & time consuming. I can enter Reseda, Burbank & Beverly Hills, & even though the identical agencies pop up, depending on the city I type in, the rates vary significantly - once by 50%, when comparing a 3 wk rental for a large SUV. It varied $300-750, which is worth comparison shopping & driving a distance. Shockingly, B.Hills was half the rate of the SF Valley. On 1 wk trips, I don't bother, but for longer trips, it's definitely worthwhile. Ty.

Don't see any special deals. Prices are the same. I have rented directly from many rental companies and don't find this more convenient or priced any better.

I've been using this app for literally YEARS and I have to admit that this app is an absolute gem of epic proportions... What you see is what you get and they have never let me down yet.. Round of applause 👏 and kudos to the developers.. It's just top notch all the way around
