The document scanner does not work, either for ID or passport. It keeps loading but does not process and returns an error message. It takes such a long time that my phone locks, and I have to start the whole process from the beginning, bc it kicks me out.

HU: működèskèptelen. 15ször próbàltam szelfivel regisztràlni, nem működik. a szelfi közben utasìtàsokat ad, ùgy tűnik hogy a fejet mozgatni kellene közben enyhèn jobbra-balra, fel-le, de ez sehol nincs leírva. A kèpernyőn megjelenő utasìtàsok haszontalanok. EN: identification with a selfie doesn't work at all, tried it 15 times with different lighting an settings even when it seems that it's progressibg it will time out. Every time you will have to restart the whole process from the beginning.

I couldn't even register. After the successful registration it told me that I fail too many times during the process so I have to start over.. Then I did it again, same result.

If you have an eID card issued after June 23, 2021 – which you previously activated and know the PIN code for – you can also use it to verify your identity.
