Why Do I Need Government Windows?
Government windows are designed to help citizens handle their state affairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. Another goal is for everyone to handle their official affairs as close to their place of residence as possible, or in any Government window most easily accessible to them, outside office hours.
The goal of the Prime Ministerial Office, including the State Secretariat for Public Service, is to provide high-quality, integrated, one-stop-shop services for all citizens through the locations of the National Network of Government Windows, with special emphasis on specialized frequencies.
Mobilized Government Window Customer Services
In order to ensure that all citizens manage their affairs in a high quality, efficient and expeditious manner, customer service activities are expanded with the Mobilized Government Window Customer Services. The establishment of the Mobilized Customer Service also enables local administration for citizens who do not have a government window or are in a disadvantaged location in terms of transport infrastructure, as spatial barriers to efficient customer service can be overcome.
