Ratings and reviews

Regularly unreliable - As one of the Users said before me, regularly at the transactions there is only a spinning loading wheel for eternity until You close the app and try again etc... Transfer Certficiate Pdf Cannot Be Sent or Uploaded Anywhere No Screenshots Option (as an alternative) (I have already contacted the support team multiple times, They were unable to solve the issue multiple times... Now I have to live with this "this is what it is" app.) (Otherwise it'd be a nice Bank. :))

After a few errors during the account creation process I was able to create an account, after multiple tries. The app is decent, but not all of it is translated from Hungarian. Also, the IBAN is 28 characters long, so if you want to send RON from ING to your account, you can't, because you have to use the international payment option, which doesn't let you transfer RON. Fortunately, I also have a Raiffeisen account, from which I was able to fund my Granit account.

The transfer money function is unreliable. Any time I try to send someone money in the early morning, I only get the spinning phone animation and then nothing gets sent. I thought it was a time-specific bug but it started happening at other times, too. Now it's a rare exception that it works. I need to go into Netbank each time instead. The whole point of the app would be to make a fast transaction. Also, this month, every time I use my card to buy something,the app sends me 3 push notifications

What’s new

Megújult az „Átutalások” funkció. Az új felületen egyszerűbben indíthatsz utalásokat, valamint könnyebben elérheted a korábban rögzített kedvezményezetteket.
Mostantól minden sikeres átutaláshoz automatikusan létrejön egy sablon, ami a Gránit appban és a NetBank felületén egyaránt elérhető.
Az appban már a szerződéstől való elállásra is van lehetőséged. A 14 napon belül, online igényelt szolgáltatások esetén az elállást és a felmondást a „Beállítások - Visszajelzés” menüpontban kezdeményezheted.
