What will you need to use the ePG app after downloading it?
- Számlázz.hu registration — you can choose any package from the free #free service package to the #profi package offering the most options.

- A compatible mobile printer.

Are you not a taxpayer required to use an online cash register, but do you issue receipts? Then you can also choose the cloud-based e-cash register to issue receipts. The electronic cash register (ePG) was introduced in July 2025.

After downloading the application and setting it up on the NAV KOBAK portal, you can immediately use your e-cash register: thanks to the NAV connection, the app automatically sends receipts and simplified invoices to NAV. Thanks to the digital solution, your accountant does not have to work with paper-based receipts, which can simplify processes.

It is worth leaving the handwritten receipt pad behind as soon as possible to smoothly fulfill the receipt data provision obligation that will come into effect in September 2026 — using the e-cash register, this obligation is immediately fulfilled.

You can also give your customers the e-receipt in the form of a QR code, which can be read by a suitable customer application. This way, your customers can keep their receipts in one place, which they do not even have to print.
