What does the "Mozgás Prescription" program cover?
The Mozgás Receptre program and application aim to increase people's years spent in health by promoting the population's increased physical activity and time spent exercising.
Physical activity and movement are prescribed by general practitioners as a preventive and curative method. The population's activity is increased through exercise programs and exercise locations. The Mozgás Receptre program connects the health and exercise sectors, promoting joint work to preserve health.
The program is implemented at exercise locations through local governments with the cooperation of family doctors.
The Exercise Recipe is similar to traditional medical prescriptions, where the family doctor details how exercise can serve as a tool for disease prevention and treatment. However, the Exercise Prescription must not be redeemed at a pharmacy, but at exercise locations.
The application helps to make the program easier to access by making the recording and traceability of the activities performed in the program faster and smoother.
