The Hungarian Tourism Agency provides the VENDÉGEM Szállászág accommodation management mobile application free of charge to accommodation establishments with a maximum of 8 rooms and 16 beds, which are registered with the National Tourist Information Center (NTAK). In the mobile application, the entire administration of the accommodation can be carried out, all reservations can be recorded in advance, and other expenses other than the accommodation fee can also be recorded for the guests' room bills. The mobile application also includes a document reader module, which allows both accommodation providers and guests to read the data of the documents, and the NTAK also performs the data service automatically.

Easy to use. You can change from Hungarian to English on first page. With scanning you should do both pages of passport with one scan. Hold steady then wait for the tick! I was dubious about site after reading some poor reviews on here but I found process easy. Good site!

Once you started scanning your id, the X diesn't work dometimes. In this case, you can't go back, can't skip the scan, you are forced to take a pic (of whatever). You can't add a guest and upload the id photo, so you could register your friends or family, everyone is forced to install the app for no reason. Also, apparently you can't delet a registration if you made a mistake?

Awful experience. I am a guest. I couldn't scan eather of my 3 IDs. Error after error. The glare was the big problem. I was mostly frustrated with the missing options for entering personal data. Only scanning... no option to enter manually, no option taking a photo, no option to scan it with NFC. Only the property could enter personal data manually, but what if I don't want to send my ID to some stranger in another contry? Please, make it user friendly.
