The app is buggy, unable to save VAT details for months. VAT invoice has to be asked via chat after order every time one needs one. It is not straightforward where to find the chat. Quite inconvenient. NetPincér worked smoother and it already had the VAT details. They should have been carried over to the new app.

It is a trick application, don't use it. Payment by szep card doesn't work, application say you that payment failed, but it is lie. You try to pay again and then you recieve several orders. The basket doesn't clear after payment. And finally you cannot understand if your payment was success or not. And support say you that they can't help you! Bravo!

Got my order for over one and half hour the first time I use this app. Thr estimated delivery time is half hour. I even thought the order was lost. No real time delivery monitoring. No customer service. How can I know where my order is after the courier takes away the food from the restaurant? Worse than other apps.
