Ratings and reviews

The app located me to a different spot in the city, what I was not able to recognize in time. The delivery field has not reached my real location, so I had to go with my car to the restaurant. I was not able to speak to anyone at service support until 2 hours from the order, and they were not helpful and supportive at all. An app with a huge bug caused me a lot of frustration on a Saturday evening.

High delivery fees plus a service fee charged. Otherwise ok if you need food delivered and can't go out.

Any location I input is invalid after reinstalling the app, saying we dont deliver there yet, although it was warking before???? Why dont you allow for login being inputting delivery adress? Why dont you allow to open a ticket to the dev team to inform them of the bug?
