Started to not Arm. 2.0.6 version should be skipped until they fix it otherwise its a useless security system. Also try rating them from the app itself. You put one star and it says "failed". You put 5 stars and suddenly it sends.
Sometimes the application will tell me that the system is disarmed when it's actually armed. To get the correct status, I often have to continually refresh the application. This system is supposed to give me peace of mind, but it often leaves me wondering if it's working. This also happens with my OnePlus One and my Nexus 4. Considering returning.
Forced update is always at an inconvenient time. Please add the ability to delay the update.
Jesus. The only thing worse than having to do an update to turn off your alarm is having to skip an ad to turn it off.
I've had iSmart Alarm guarding my home since 2013. I greatly enjoy the peace of mind of having a security system without the ridiculous monthly fees. You buy the equipment and the rest is DIY. They are constantly making improvements and every time I have called them for something I have found their customer service to be exceptional.
Cameras unreliable making them unusable for security especially for remote sites. While they do seem to record video, connecting live through the app doesn't work hardly ever
