Recently my hours at work have gone down due to it being the slow season and rather than get a second job I decided to try this app and so far it is awesome! I i worked 2 days amd have a pending payment of almost $300! Great way to supplement my income and let me make my own schedule. As long as there's no issue with my pay ill be happy to commit to more jobs. Thanks survey you have saved me from the nightmare of working 2 jobs.

I have not been paid for two visits. I haven't had a problem in the past, so I don't know what happened. I spent a lot of time in 2 stores with my toddler in tow. I picked up the audits because I really need the money. What a waste of my time and gas! I won't do another job with them again! Don't waste your time here!! ***EDIT** Changed to 5 stars. There was a glitch in the app. It was fixed, so I was able to request payment. I'll keep using this app. I like doing the audits.

I like app and opportunities but recently issues with anything in payment center after 3 store visits. Also due date and times should show maybe store close times for due times. Showed up at one and it just closed and showed due well after.

I love this company. They pay out when stated, and they always give you jobs that pay pretty good. I haven't had a problem with the app or the company. I have read reviews about how people don't get paid, or their work is under review. If you did exceptional work, with a decent smartphone, and read the directions on the app, those of you morons who say it's a bad app, or bad customer service, wouldn't have a problem. And for those who say they play favorites... they give the good jobs to people who have good ratings, meaning they know those people are going to perform exceptional work, and do as they are asked. I should never have to read in the app about how people should do this or that. People, just do it. Stop crying, do the work appropriately, and stop trying to earn free money. This is a JOB. Treat it like one. You wouldn't be at your job and half ass do the work and expect to make great money, or be up for promotion. God I hate stupid people.

I've been having some pretty significant issues with communications and getting push notifications. Badges don't show up when there are new messages, despite my notification settings. Also, I haven't had a response to any of the queries Ive made in the past week or two. However, Im able to complete the jobs I do have assigned to me without problems. I was supposed to be assigned another job, but I haven't seen it show up yet, and, like I said, messages have gone totally unanswered. That also goes for technical issue type messages. I'm concerned that something is wrong with this app.

It is a great app,when it's working. I have been payed, so I don't know why anyone else has issues. I use many apps like this, and I must say they are also fairly responsive as well. You are working with multiple people, that may or may not know the project you are doing. That said, I'm VERY disappointed this morning, open the app, and it keeps crashing. Found the update, STILL keeps crashing. Fix it, and I'll add 2 stars!

Thought I'd try it out, I'm a manager with a legitimate company. I'm top sales in my area, figured since I am out in the field I'd add a few bucks to my income. I completed three stores 7/14 1.for green lid 2. For Moonshine Tea. Total $22.00 Spent little time accomplishing these tasks. Was detail oriented & followed the requirements. I wake up to check the pending status...I no longer have access, I've been trying all morning, emailed the company as well. Update 12:37 4/15 Ok, so after a morning of emails, my understanding is that the company did an update & this apparently kicked me off of their system? I will give this app & company the benefit of the doubt, I realize updates within a company have a tendency to effect the outcome. The emails from a company rep, helped satisfy my log in capabilities. Every action has a reaction, time will tell..I will give a higher rating after giving this process a little more time. Skeptical?
I loved this app, until I woke up this morning and all of my previous work history and payments had completely disappeared. The $60 that was pending approval for payout has also disappeared. Suddenly it looks like I have never worked for this company before, despite having over 2 months' worth of visits and payouts. I ran around a lot last weekend to earn that $60, and myself and my disabled son were depending on having that this month to survive on. There isn't even a 'new message' button in the message center for me to be able to contact support - I had to re-register and do it over PC browser. I really hope this is not a way to avoid paying me the $60. Hope this is fixed...I will improve my review if so.
I thought this was going to be a good opportunity. I did two projects yesterday and did another today nit now the history has been deleted and maybe never get payed..would mot even let me upload my third project. Needed to contact support to fix..was trying to do several projects before work today..But how do you have a support/contact us page and ask to send you messages with no way to send them? There is no new message bar.. I can't claim new work and have no record of the work I already did. And it seems others have had the same problem.. What a waste..Pull this app down until you are going to be responsible or I will do it for you.
Overall a great app that actually pays you for the surveys you do. But the downside is sometimes it takes a while to get approved for a job. And the payment process lags
-1 for the app 5 for the pay and support staff. App is quirky and in beta. They don't pay for figuring out the app.... They pay well for the work listed. I made 60 bucks in an hour. I'd recommend this if you want to make cash, Call or message the support crew. This guy Randy had me up and running in minutes.
Real Deal. Did small money jobs for a couple of months , now Im doing jobs that pay out in the hundreds! for those who are in need of a side job, not a full time one. All in all, its legit, easy money.
It's an amazing app that gives you the freedom to work anywhere, at anytime. Payments are processed quickly through Paypal. The staff is extremely accommodating and always there to help. Oh, and the payout isn't bad either.

Don't pay when they say they are going to. Payment says completed and you don't get paid. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO FOR FREE. I am almost betting they got paid by their clients took the money and ran.

Too short a notice for projects. Not many projects. Do not respond to questions.
App works well. Jobs available are like many, as it's all where you live. Few months ago, stuff on here available was a joke. Now when writing I've seen a lot more 12/$15 jobs and many to me are still easy to obtain. Payment is also quick, especially when reimbursements are needed. Support has been responsive and in respectable times to answer.
It's a great idea and if there was better customer service, could help a lot of people. They're slow to respond to messages and even slower at reviewing jobs and paying out. It is not a scam( they do pay you) but if you are looking for a reliable source of your main income, don't rely on this app.
I have done four assignments with this company. It takes awhile to get the assignments approved at times and the payments are sometimes a day off. However, I was in fact paid and I know that is something that makes anyone nervous when first joining a company is if it is legit or not. It is in fact very real.
I cant get the app to working on my phone. It says IT downloads but then it WILL not open. Useless waste of time.
Love this app! The assignments are fun and easy! BUT this app does not love me back! 😡 I completed my audits in Tropical Depression Cindy in hopes to have extra money for my vacation. I did 6 or 7 audits rep is holding up my payment because he says I did not complete 1 audit. I advised the rep that the store manager would not let me do the audit because I do not have any documentation. I did the work....and I think I do good work. Please approve it so I can have a nice vacation. Thanks!
I have been working a lot with this company and yes for the most part i am paid timely however when a person named rafaela says a project isnt completed and therefore invalidated without telling me what was wrong and for which project becomes absolutely frustrating to say the least. I have nearly perfect scores from other project managers and for this broad to say something without any explanation or for which service that is in question. Will cause me to lower my opinion of this company.

I have been using this app for over a year and I love it. Easy to use and the support I have received has been helpful and in a very timely manner. Even in my little town there are jobs almost weekly. Definitely worth the download to check it out and see if you like it. What is the worst that could happen....if it isn't for you, delete it.
No support. Signed up months ago and after the 1st visit of a campaign, the campaign was shut down. Now, I've filled out (2) surveys and they won't credit me for it. It's $2 and I have proof of completion. It took multiple contacts via the messaging system over several days to get a single response. The response did not address my question.
They do not give jobs right away, it is NOT first come gets the job. The support is NOT there when you have a problem and cannot complete the job, because of the app, BUT they are going to hold it against you and they are going to put it against you in your ratings, so you get even fewer jobs. I was liking it, till the person I was working with just stopped communication with me. I have driven over a hundred miles round trip do to a bunch of jobs in one day, and because of the app I could not do them. Wasted gas, time and wear and tear. They want jobs done in 48 hours, BUT they do not want to offer you the support. It COULD BE A GREAT WAY TO MAKE MONEY, if they could get everything worked out. They pay as agreed EXCEPT you have to keep track if you do jobs that offer a bonus, I am still waiting to get bonus money from jobs that I did. COMMUNICATION REALLY IS BAD!!! THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHAT THEY WILL DO FOR YOU.
I've been using this for almost 4 months. I've made over $1000 in spare time! The project mgrs are great to work with and the app is very efficient, link to maps, previews, attachments! I've really enjoyed working with them!
I love this app! The money comes in handy. It's good for people who don't mind doing little jobs in their spare time
