About this app

The PatientPORTAL App connects you, the patient, with your healthcare provider. The App enables you to view upcoming appointments and lab results, as well as send and receive secure messages for yourself and any dependents that you may have for easy communication with your provider.

With PatientPORTAL, you can:

- Stay in touch with your provider using secure messaging
- Easily manage dependent accounts
- View lab results, details, and history
- View upcoming appointments
- Manage your account profile

To use the PatientPORTAL App you will need an account PIN, which you should have received from your provider. If you need assistance with your account PIN or require support for the App, please contact your healthcare provider directly.

Of all the Healthcare apps I have on my phone, this is the worst to use. This app has problems with email reading and editing. It auto scrolls up on me while reading, and it won't let me scroll back down again. Also does this while I'm composing a response. I've been using biometric login for months now, and suddenly it lost that setting and requires a password login again.

It's difficult to make a correction in a message. The cursor is hard to place in the correct spot. Additionally, I have 2 app icons on my desktop. One is labeled "Patient Portal"; the other is labeled "InteliChart Patient Portal." Which one should I get rid of? Sometimes, the info on each one differs.

The app is ok for viewing labs, msgs & appts. When trying to request a prescription refill, the message that appears is larger than the screen & you can't scroll down to see what is at the end. I assume that's where you actually submit your request. The email feature is useless in that you can't reply to messages and have to select from the drop down list of every provider, which may not include who you are responding to. On site, they ask you to send all requests via the app. Not helpful.
