Worst app ever!!!!! If I could give it a -10 I would! As soon as I log in it immediately closes. When I was able to get in…a long time ago, I couldn't open any files. I've cleaned the cache, I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times (7+ x's) I've even checked with my medical group. Why is it so difficult to just fix it? I would rather have root canal than use this app. I despise this stupid app!!!!!

This is the worst app ever!! Every time I try to log in, it closes!!!! I've cleared cache, deleted the old app, uninstalled, and reinstalled, and it STILL DOES NOT WORK!!!!! ≈========== If you had actually read my post, you would know that i stated i have already done all of those things and they did not work. Instead of telling everyone to do those things that do not work, why not fix it????? Hence... the 3.6 rating.

This app no longer works AT ALL. I can't schedule appointments, I can't send messages to any of my physicians, I can't even view old messages that I previously sent using the app. Since the app updated absolutely none of the confirm buttons can be clicked. My pcp doesn't even show up as being available to message anymore, and I can't even view my blood test results. I have deleted the application data from my phone, along with the app, and then reinstalled the app. Still doesn't work.

Hi, please make sure you are using the Patient Portal app with a white background. If not visible, follow these steps: Remove the old app (green background) from your phone. Go to Google Play Store, search 'InteliChart'. Download the new app and log in with your existing credentials. We hope this helps clear things up, thank you.
