Important Notes:

Before using this app, you will need to acquire an account PIN number directly from your provider. You will not be able to log-in to the Patient Portal without this PIN number. If you need assistance with your account PIN or the app itself, please contact your healthcare provider directly. InteliChart does not have access to this information.

What you can see and do within the Patient Portal app depends on which features your doctor has enabled. If you have questions about the features that are available to you or you notice certain functionality is missing, please contact your healthcare organization directly.

unable to send messages. the messages section does not allow for you to send a message to a provider and I uninstalled and reinstalled and it is exactly the same

l have tried so many times with different pins & still cannot get it set up. l have medical information on it l cannot read or of course even pick up.

IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE 109 STARS I WOULD. THIS APP IS HORRIFIC! MYCHART IS WAY WAY BETTER! ON THIS CURRENT APP YOU CAN SEE YOUR VISITS HOWEVER YOU CAN'T SEE WHY YOU WERE AT THE DR ON THAT DATE WHAT WAS TALKED ABOUT AND WHAT THE NEXT STEP IS! IT ONLY SHOW MEDICAL TYPES OF CODE I'M ASSUMING IN WHICH REFERENCES VISIT INFO! I'M SUPER ANGRY! I'M NOT SURE IF IM MORE ANGRY AT THIS POOR PERFORMING APP OR THE DANG CLINIC THAT CHOOSES TO USE IT 🤬
