The app worked on a Google Pixel 6 Pro 3 weeks ago. I upgraded to the Google 9 Pro XL on April 30, and after downloading the app,, it never lets me log in. The app automatically flashes and then closes. Occasionally, it will show an error requiring me to choose app info or close app. I have cleared the cache, deleted data, uninstalled, restarted the phone, and restarted. Done multiple times & automatically closes. The offices do not take phone calls for questions

This is the worst app ever!! Every time I try to log in, it closes!!!! I've cleared cache, deleted the old app, uninstalled, and reinstalled, and it STILL DOES NOT WORK!!!!! ≈========== If you had actually read my post, you would know that i stated i have already done all of those things and they did not work. Instead of telling everyone to do those things that do not work, why not fix it????? Hence... the 3.6 rating.

Not functional after update. Can't access my latest test results. Does not function normally! You should have just left it alone! It previously was VERY user friendly. Now I can't use it at all! AND you have wasted a HUGE amount of my time!!!
