The overall application is good. Its interface is satisfactory however it has multiple bugs. while uploading documents either in pdf or jpg format it's got stuck at uploading then needs to clear application data and login again. Another bug in claim section where against multiple claims, incorrect amount and claim information shown. For confirmation i called the support customer team and at their end all information was correct.

I am extremely disappointed with the claim settlement service. I had submitted all test reports, bills, and doctor prescriptions multiple times via email and through the IL application for both pre and post-hospitalization reimbursement. Despite this, the claim team repeatedly stated they were unable to find the attachments. I even made several follow-up calls, but still received emails asking me to resend the documents. The entire experience has been frustrating and reflects very poorly on ICIC

Average quality app with a horrible "UN intelligent" tool claiming to be AI and just wasting your time. the phone number of this company also forces you to waste time with "RIA" and after lot of struggle only an actual person is reached. also half the functions inside the app dont. "Track your steps" - Nope Schedule a Health Check up - especially a preventative annual one - No easy menu access, and additionally, this is on ICICI Lombard - even on a policy with hefty premiums, it is extra.
