Do not get insurance from here, very slow service, it's impossible to get in touch with an actual representative, the bot for asking queries is useless, the app itself is slow. I uploaded a claim and gave them all original documents, yet they say the documents are not valid because they are not original. They make such big promises for if we take their insurance but they do not deliver any results. Very dissatisfied.

This app is completely useless! It’s not even starting at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, reset my device, and tried everything possible, but nothing works. It suddenly stopped working right when I needed it during discharge time, which is extremely frustrating. Very disappointed with this experience. Fix this ASAP!

I am deeply disappointed with the step-tracking accuracy. The algorithm consistently undercounts activity; when my phone records 4,000 steps, this app only shows 2,700–2,800. This 30% discrepancy makes the app unreliable for fitness goals. Please integrate Samsung Galaxy Watch synchronization so the app can pull data directly from the watch sensors instead of the phone's pedometer. This integration is essential for precision. I hope to see this update soon to make the app usable again.
