The is one of the worst app i have used. The app is frequently fails to load and often gets stuck on the opening screen. Scheduling an appointment is also extremely difficult because booking process doesn't work properly. The biggest issue is the Need Help section where customer care contact number is shown as "0" in dialer, making it impossible to contact support. If users can't book appointments and can not even rrach customer support, the app completely fails its purpose. Please fix the bugs.

The ICICI Lombard app is good only if you want to test your patience. When it comes to reimbursement claims, please avoid using it. I uploaded my documents nearly 10 times, yet the app kept asking me to “upload necessary documents” again and again. Even after verifying through customer care calls, they said only one document was uploaded, then later claimed another was available — a frustrating loop that wastes time. This makes me wonder: is the app inefficient, or is this a way to reject claim

Very disappointed with the policy and the customer care executives, cannot give a single appointment with a doctor who is easily available through phone booking, called them numerous times but they were not able to assist and give the appointment.Thinking of discontinuing the policy from next month onwards.
