Very stupid logistic system. I order stuff using sameday, seller has sent my package to courier. But the status still stuck in pickup request for 2 days. I pay more for same day delivery but it's still stuck in pickup request for 2 days. Call CS also not very helpful, no compensation and answer with template answer. I strongly suggest you guys to avoid using this stupid logistic!!!

Sering banget delay pickup, very bad experince customer service and courier service. Not recommended at all!

Bad app, menu chat no one respond, so its like useless to have menu chat but no reply at all and no chat history also... USELESS APP AND BAD SERVICE as No body can answer status package that already late in delivery process
