Not a good app when you make mistakes and you live overseas and tried so hard to contact customer service through email and talked to 8 different customer service. None of them can help you. I don't get it why you create an advanced app but when you make mistakes and need your side to help you about the app, no one would help!

April 2025 update : it's even worse now, phones that were working well with this app now aren't working anymore after reinstall, it either just crashed after tapping "punya kartu mandiri" or throw operation system not supported error even though no software modding been done. please fix Worse experience than the older ones (blue livin). Can't even add previous transactions to favorites, which is annoying if you often do transaction to the same contact.

When they promoted Livin in my city, I created an account on Livin without using a card, now they force me to make one just to log back in (which they also charge monthly on top of the Livin charges). Registering also has frustrating issues, I've used the newly created card and inputted the OTP, guess what? There's an error and it won't let me register, it's been a day already.
