I'm a long time and frequent user of this app. I feel truly safe because when I activate the login via fingerprint it only allows login via fingerprint thus eliminating access from other party who might try to hack my account. we all know our data is prone to data theft and we have seen many cases of cyber attacks on bank accounts. So I beg to Mandiri to keep this system and for those people who don't want to use this method to be allowed to have other option to login via passwords/pin.

The app should allow users to reopen full transaction details and download transfer receipts from the transaction history. If we forget to save the receipt immediately after the transfer, there's no way to access it again. This is a basic feature that every banking app should have. Please improve this.

Error RPT-02 more than one week, never solved. Came to the branch, filled the form, no feed back when it could be used again. Really wasting time and energy for more than one week. The security feature should protect, NOT hinder.
