One of the best bank apps with a modern and simple design. However, there are some things that could be improved, one of which is the notification section, which could be made clearer. maybe make a special nata or clear notification, and notification of incoming money frequently it doesn't come in, it's confusing, you have to wait 24 hours for a notification to come in even though the money has come in. great app and it is very possible to make it more effective and efficient

the transaction history page is so bad. e-statement not real time, there's no details of certain transactions, it just says "pemasukan" "pengeluaran". tried to connect to google pay, but since they removed the transaction details where the verification code is, can't do it. gotta go to the bank to ask for physical print JUST for an OTP. Absolute dogwater of a banking app.

Absolutely rubbish that you have to disable accessibility settings to access the app. That's built-in Android feature and this alone turned me off from using this bank altogether.
