A good attempt to modernize the old BNI mobile, but missing some of its features. A few of the glaring flaws is I can't use Mobile Tunai, banking/debit transaction isn't updated in real time. I made a purchase using debit card but never showed up in my transaction history. Now I have to use two apps instead of just one to get all of the service I need. Shame.

Hi Mr. M Sila Sakti U, sorry for the inconvenience. The feature is currently under development. Cash withdrawal without card can still be done through BNI Mobile Banking. Your suggestion is a valuable input for BNI in developing this app Hopefully the features available on BNI Mobile Banking will soon be available on wondr by BNI. Tks. -CX Jason-

Suddenly biometric login disabled, and couldn't login using password. Had to make a new password. The next day, the same thing happened where I couldn't login and again had to make a new password. Still couldn't re-activate biometric login. And then, I couldn't transfer a certain amount because the "transaction limit reached" even though I haven't had any transactions all day. Very disappointed for an otherwise fantastic app, it let me down when I need to do an urgent transfer.

Hello Mr Muhammad Hartantyo, sorry for the inconvenience. Please clear the history or clear the cache in the Wondr app. First, please deactivate the Biometric Login in the Wondr app, then reactivate the Biometric Login in the menu: -Profile (top left corner) -Select account security -Activate biometric by sliding to the right. It's easier to use than the previous app, but it is still not integrated with credit card service features. At least I could see transactions under credit card before, but now even that has a problem. Let alone conversion to installments, I can't even make payment under the credit card menu. I could easily do these in Livin. Please improve these features.

Hi Mr. Qiemah, We apologize for the inconvenience, pls make sure your credit card account is active with the following step: 1. Login at wondr app 2. Choose Credit card menu 3. Choose settings or icon in the upper right corner 4. At the top, you will see the “Make Primary Funding Source” menu. Hopefully the process goes smoothly. Thx. -CX Irina-
