Bedas Digital Services is a one-stop service system that is integrated with all applications in Bandung Regency, with the aim of making it easier for the people of Bandung Regency to get access to services without needing to download many applications. The public can submit service requests, and can find out the application status anytime and anywhere.
Services available at Bedas Digital Services include Population Administration services, such as Resident Identity Card services, Family Cards, Child Identity Cards, Resident Transfer, Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Divorce Certificates and other services. The Bandung Smart Service application has features including:
● Investment Information.
● News about Bandung Regency.
● Make an Emergency Call 112 Bandung Regency.
● Live Streaming Radio Kandaga FM 100.8 Mhz.
● Information on food commodity prices such as rice, green beans, chilies and other food prices.
● OPD website portal (Department, Hospital, District and other agency websites).
● Village Website Portal for 270 Villages & 10 Subdistricts.
● Information on tourist locations in Bandung Regency.
● Access traffic CCTV.

With the Bedas Smart Service, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the public to search for information and make it easier for the public to carry out administrative services effectively and efficiently
