Great app, fast and easy to use 👍. One suggestion for future improvement: it would be amazing if SeaBank could provide a physical debit/ATM card like some other digital banks already do. It would make offline transactions and cash withdrawals much more convenient, while also increasing user trust and making SeaBank feel even more complete and competitive. Hope the SeaBank team can consider this in the future 🙏

I'm pretty satisfied with this app. It would be better if there are options with a shorter period for borrowing money, though. Sometimes people simply need to borrow money for less than a month, maybe for something urgent and they simply couldn't be bothered to go to an atm. Or simply need a bit of money and could pay it all within a month. The shortest period being 3 months is simply too long.

This digital bank offers solid interest rates and seamless integration with the e-commerce platform. Transfers and payments work smoothly with good promos for new users. However, customer service is slow, and account verification can take frustratingly long. Limited physical presence means you're fully dependent on the app, which occasionally glitches during peak times. Great rates, but service needs improvement.
