Octo Mobile runs fine most of the time, but their maintenance is really frustrating. It often happens without any notice, lasts too long, and they usually do it during the day when people actually need to use the app. Why not do maintenance at midnight or during off hours like other services? Really inconvenient and unprofessional scheduling.

I had trouble first time opening saving account, no debit card showed in the app. Have been waiting as customer service told me, but nothing changed. Octo supposed to be digital friendly right? However, to solve this issue, I still need to visit CIMB branch. So disappointed, first time opening account and immediately wanna closed it. Too bad, lost 120k for minimal account deposit. JAGO is definitely much much much better.

The overall experience of the app is pretty good. However I would suggest some things to be improved. - On payment QR creation, please hide the source of account available fund value. merchant that will scan my QR (e.g., indomaret) able to see how many money i have in my account - Credit card outstanding and overall UI is confusing, the sum of settled value and pending is not clear. i cant even copy my card data - It not possible to download past transaction receipt, which sometimes needed
