Di awal mmg agak sedikit ribet, hrs validasi data, apalagi baru ganti hape. Tapi ya namanya juga utk security. Setelah proses validasi selesai dan bs login, saya suka tampilan barunya. Apalagi ada fitur Touch ID login dgn finger print jd gak hrs pake acara nunggu sms passcode. Mungkin kejelasan prosedur yg perlu lbh diperhatikan. Keep up the good work!!
Secara desain interfacenya, jauh lebih baik seengaknya dibanding versi yang dulu. Lebih modern aja tampilannya. Ada beberapa fitur baru yg saya suka. Good job guys, well done.... Soal validasi emang sedikit ribet, blum lagi error berkali2 untuk login dan validasinya. IT staffnya boleh coba bantu cek kenapa seperti itu? Thanks yah btw, all the best....
The Older version was better, favourite now changed to a small icon banner, things do not fit in one page anymore. Did you do a user friendliness evaluation? Why now for sign in, one needs to enter ATM PIN, acc. no., etc. you broke the international privacy standard. Bad design.
After install the update, i cant access my acount, after validate the data it still said error and please call 14041, call it twice but nothing change, such a worse update than the previous one. Cant u please fix it and make it bit easier. I give u an advice, how if u activate first the older app while u fix this thing. So we can still use mobile banking
New update, new disaster, tried log in validate bla bla bla, helped by 14041 numerous times, they still don't know the problems. Waste money on more than 20 sms to validate. What a waste! Other mobile banking is so much better.
Big mistake that I installed its latest update, it is really worst than ever.. I have registered my phone and success for its verification, and after successful verification, I tried several times to log in but cannot.. Is Cimb Niaga trying to suggest the users to go to ATM instead of using Go-mobile?
