Email boarding pass should be sent to whom doing check in not to travel agent It makes this application not really useful. We have to queu again because the boarding pass not go to the passenger doing online check in. Please citilink.. your app is newer from other but it is not easier than other.. no advantage. Pls fix it soon
Failed to book I have tried booking through this app. All stages were working fine until the payment submission. Everytime i submitted my purchase it always shows either the 'failed to book' or 'cannot send payment detail' message. It is highly inconvenient, since the purpose of this very app is to book plane ticket without having to go to the computer to do it.
Boarding pass via email It should have a menu for keeping boarding pass in the application. Currently boarding pass is sent to email only. And if the ticket is booked by travel agent, boarding pass is sent to travel agent's email, not directly to passenger. Very weird..
Slow response from server Online checkin always fail to get response. Meanwhile, no problem to access web checkin using mobile browser
can not work at all not just the promo code didn't work but I also can not proceed to purchase a ticket, fix ASAP
Kurang user friendly Tidak bisa ketik bandara dan memunculkan suggestion, melainkan harus scroll dan pilih. Kalau tekan back untuk ganti tanggal, maka harus ulang pencarian dr awal dengan memasukkan tanggal, bandara dan one way flight.
