Not only that, PDAMs can also provide news information or announcements about PDAMs to customers. In the PDAM Info application, a registration feature is also available for prospective PDAM customers who want to register as PDAM customers.
In addition to customers being able to view their water bills, customers can also make water bill payments through the PDAM Info application. The customer will then choose the payment method to be used. With this feature, it can make it easier for customers to pay their water bills anytime and anywhere.
1. Displaying Water Account Bill
Displays detailed monthly water bills from customers. It is enough to enter the customer number and registered customer name. Bills that appear are bills that have not been paid off or those that have been paid off every month.
2. Water Account Bill Payment
Customers can make water bill payments through the application. Later the customer will choose the method that will be used then the customer can make a payment.
3. Displaying Water Meter Booth Photos and Abnormalities
Information about customer meter booth photos along with the amount of usage and abnormalities experienced by PDAM customers. The booth photo information is displayed every month of water usage.
4. PDAM Information
Displays PDAM information data such as office location, telephone, email and sites that can be contacted by customers. PDAM also displays announcements and news directly through the application so that customers can find out firsthand the latest news and announcements related to PDAM.
5. Suggestions and Complaints
Customers can directly make a complaint through the application to the PDAM and the complaint can be monitored.
6. Billing Simulation
Feature to perform billing simulation before installing PDAM service. The user simply inputs the initial use, water usage, class and size of the booth diameter.
7. Customer Registration
Features to register new PDAM customers. Data that enters through the application will be analyzed first. Prospective customers who register in the application are then required to confirm with the PDAM concerned.
