Such a horrible experience! I tried to change my password and after 1 hour of "saving the new password to the system", it still didn't work. I then tried the "sign-in with google" method.. and again... after more than 1 hour, I am still not signed in. I don't know why you even bother creating an app. Such a disaster and failure.

Omg! The app is a terrible as my ability to understand Bahasa!! And now my booking is stuck on credit card payment because it says Error (Google translate). How do I pay for my tickets if I am not living in Indonesia???? Don't start a service from Australia if Australians can't use your app or pay by Indonesians methods! English and AUD options don't appear on your app either! What a nightmare. Email, chat, FB, messenger are all in Bahasa! Back to Air Asia I go. Very disappointing experience.

Most unuseful app ever! Couldn't retrieve my bookings, couldn't even show my LinkMiles number. Unistalled and reinstalled, now I can't login at all.
